Fire door regulations register

The threshold is storeys over 11 metres

Regulation 10 applies to multi-occupied residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres in height. The register sorts the portfolio on that line first, because every other figure follows from it: the doors under the regulation get the two fixed clocks, and the doors in every other building get the frequency your risk assessment sets. The page counts both.

Two clocks: four rounds and one

Quarterly checks of all fire doors in the common parts and annual checks, on a best endeavour basis, of all flat entrance doors onto the common parts: that is four common-part rounds and one flat-entrance round per tall building per year.
