Door count and access
Each door is the same checklist, so the count is the days; flat entrance doors need the resident in and common-part doors do not, and the access decides how many doors a day is.
The clock the building is on
Regulation 10 of the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 applies to multi-occupied residential buildings with storeys over 11 metres in height and asks the responsible person to undertake quarterly checks of all fire doors, including self-closing devices, in the common parts, and annual checks on a best endeavour basis of all flat entrance doors. On that clock the cost is a year's programme of four common-part checks and an annual flat entrance programme.
